second day

The next morning Calder dad left early for a meeting about gardening. He left Calder alone with some money to buy lunch. He went into the Botanic garden and looked at the big expanse of mile after mile of plants. He found all these poisonous plants in the garden and was surprised. On his way home, to the place they are staying at, he saw a girl taking pictures of the Calder sculpture. He saw her dad come and get mad at her for looking at the sculpture.

First day

He got into Oxford and walked around. Then he took a cab to Woodstock. and he noticed there was a big Calder sculpture, just like at the Chicago museum.

We are reading the Calder Game and we are going to blog Calder's events in England. This is the third book in a trilogy. Calder and his friend Tommy and Petra are seventh grader that live in Hyde park in Chicago Illinois. They are art detectives and are interested in mysteries.
